Bought a Single Family home in 2019 in Jarrell, TX.
I highly recommend Lucia Marquez, because of her great ability of having the patience with me during the process of me making the decision to put my house on the market. She did a great job of keeping me informed and guiding me on my responsibilities as a seller and what to expect during the process of the sale. She did a great job on staging my home to look very appealing and with great inspiration which showed her experience on what the buyers look for in purchasing a home. One of the most important things that I appreciate, was that she went beyond her duties and responsibilities of just a real estate agent. She she was a great support for me, not only in getting my house sold in a very short period of time, but she also offered me great moral support. During the sale of my home, I was unemployed going through other personal family issues and she was always there to listen, guided me to look for the resources that my family needed to get through our difficult time. At times she was my sounding board, and she graciously did it with high respect and integrity. Not only did I have great realtors, Agustin and Lucia Marquez are a great couple not only as realtors but great people who really care about their clients and at the same time take pride in what they do in their real estate business.
